We've learned a five-bedroom, nearly 10,000-sq. ft. house owned by T-Boz (real name: Tionne Watkins-Rolison) is about to go on the auction block in January 2009. According to public records, she's defaulted on the original principal of her mortgage (around $530K), and so now the state is taking it.
Oh No! Not again! Didn't we just hear about Fantasia losing her second million dollar home? Ok, how about a word to the wise. Here is what you need to do when your 15 minutes of fame hit (Actually in 2008, you only get about 5 minutes):
BUY A HOME VALUED AT 250,000.00 ... PAY CASH FOR IT
PAY CASH FOR ALL OF YOUR HOUSEHOLD FURNISHINGS ... ROOMS TO GO SOUNDS GOOD
PAY OFF ALL OF YOUR UTILITIES FOR THE NEXT TEN YEARS
BUY BONDS
BUY COMMERICAL REAL ESTATE
GET A TRUST FUND .... MONIES NOT TO BE TOUCHED FOR AT LEAST 10 YEARS
...and sit back and enjoy the moment, cause truss .... talent like Michael and Stevie is few and far in between...
